How much do you charge?
At Yew Tree Mortgages, we will charge no fee but may receive commission from the lender and insurers.
How do I attend meetings?
We conduct our meetings either over the telephone, on teams or if you reside inside our Home Visit demographic, then at your home at a convenient time for you.
How much deposit do I need?
Depending on your circumstances some mortgage lenders will offer a mortgage without a deposit, but there are many different ways of buying a property. Get in contact, and we can go through all the options with you.
What documents will I need?
The documents required can vary significantly depending on the lender's requirements and your individual circumstances. Before your appointment with us, we’ll provide a detailed breakdown to identify exactly what documents you’ll need to prepare. Generally, you may be asked to provide: - Proof of identity, evidence of your income, evidence of your committed expenditure, including regular bills and other financial commitments.
What if I have debts or missed payments?
If you have debts or have missed payments on your agreements, this does not mean you cannot get a mortgage. In fact, there are mortgage lenders that specifically will lend to those who do not have perfect credit reports. Get in contact, as you may be surprised how easy it can be to get a mortgage.
